Telepathy Is It Just Fact or Fiction

understanding telepathy

ABSTRACT CONCEPTS This level of mental telepathy involves more advanced abstract concepts than shapes and colors. Here people communicate ideas, values and actions, which is quite tough the success rate is quite low. Telepaths seldom achieve this level and the ones who do are pretty rare. Interestingly there are certain animals which can communicate effectively and we have still not discovered their modus operandi. Telepathy may be one of the methods. In this kind of communication between animals very basic abstract concepts will be involved. Since animals do not have prefrontal lobes which enhance complex communication, this communication will be restricted to basic impulses like thirst hunger and even danger. There is a theory that humans were once capable of telepathy, but had no need to utilize it after they developed language to communicate. If this is true, then with the right stimulation humans should be able to stir up this dormant ability to communicate, if they choose to. There are others still that theorize that having psychic powers such as ESP and mental telepathy are actually a “future” development in human evolution. If enough people develop these powers, humans in the future could become telepathic in communication as they evolve.

Telepathy – If a person is called ‘telepathic’ does it really does exist? Many people do not think so. They dismiss the idea as a science fiction or even mysticism.

However, everyday we live with lap tops, cp’s and cell phones where information is retrieved from invisibility waves in the air.

People travel daily in jets regularly and anyone can command a glowing fire from a cigarette lighter. The late, great Arthur C. Clark said that any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. So, in a sense, science and technology ARE magic; they allow us to conjure up things that were ‘impossible’ just a century ago. We draw electrical power directly from the sun.

We carry around a small device that can allow us to communicate with anyone else who has a similar device anywhere on the planet instantly; and some people’s small devices allow them to visit entire libraries while they sit on a park bench. But, of course, in a literal sense, this is all just science-not ‘magic’.

Right?

Telepathy

Because of the elusive nature of telepathy in more modern societies, many may not feel that telepathy even exists, but that is their chosen god who is sending signals of warning or messages for them personally.

This can benefit churches and organized religions who use this as an aid in spreading the word of their god. If you or someone you know are set in their religious ways, you’ve probably been told not to put any sort of faith in telepathy. This is so you reflect this power to only be utilized by the Messiah, Savior, Prophet, or any other name you use for the almighty. Why are religions so against the idea of humanity being able to communicate using telepathy? There are a few religions that do follow the ancient paths and within these religions, telepathy is not feared.

In fact in some of the older religions, it is embraced and has become a tool for those religions.

There are no set leaders to tell the congregation that telepathy is a tool of the devil, instead they congregation themselves choose what they will practice. Most modern day science does not put any stock into telepathy. Perhaps they have closed their minds to the concept entirely. It is hard to say as scientists do accept intuition which is a form of telepathy. It may be because it has been rendering so far out of normal human existence that they can not open their minds to this event being an actuality. However, the truth that surrounds this issue is that some scientists are deemed as prejudice. If they can’t feel the emotions themselves, then how are they supposed to accept it as something real? Then again, they understand that instincts can be felt, yet there is no problem accepting this into the world. Oddly enough, these are just as elusive as telepathy. There may be a sort of envy involved when it comes to telepathy. It is felt that scientists may decide to ignore the fact or to mislabel telepathy as instinct.

receiving telepathic messages

EMOTIONAL MENTAL TELEPATHY Using empathy to perceive the emotions of others can be considered a level of mental telepathy. Being able to understand how they must be feeling is something that some people are better at than others and can be learned if the person has the right type of personality. It is not uncommon for an empathetic friend to cry when another friend is telling a sad story, or cry during a sad movie where somebody dies at the end. Most people have experienced ‘sympathetic pain’feeling another person’s pain as if it were your own. For example, after witnessing someone close to you break their arm, you may experience an uncomfortable feeling or even an ache in your arm, even though you know it’s fine. Similarly, when someone close to you is experiencing an overwhelming emotion, such as joy, grief, or depression, you may feel an echo of the same emotion inside you. Finally, there is the phenomena of long distance empathy. In this case, a person suddenly knowsthey FEEL itthat someone close to them is in danger, has been hurt, or is in pain, even though they are not near the person at the time. There are some skeptics and psychologists who scoff at these kind of incidents and call them the work of an overactive brain. In certain cases they may have a point because we can see the injury and the hurt. However in cases of long distance empathy where a person doesn’t even know that his loved one is injured or hurt, then they don’t have an explanation about why a person who cannot even see the other person can feel the pain.
