Thought Transference And Learning Telepathy

Telepathy is thought to many things including instinct and intuition. In reality, it the communication without using speech, writing or hand signs. It is, at its base, mental communication.

Because of the nature of telepathy, it is viewed as communication that is not on our plane. While humans have lost most of their natural telepathic ability, animals have retained their telepathic ability. Most of those people who work with animals swear that they exhibit some form of mental telepathy within their group unit. How is it that birds always know when to fly south or north for seasons? Ok, instinct has something to do with it, but how about how an entire flock will suddenly take flight when a predator is around with out making a sound? Surely they do not all see or sense the threat? It may well be that there is a telepathic link that when one bird feels the danger it is telepathically communicated to the other birds of the flock.

Scientifically it is thought that many tribes that have not had the benefit of modern technology still communicate with telepathy.

Why did society lose their abilities of telepathy for the most part? The answer is not an easy one but belief and practice are the most likely culprits. As society progressed, our beliefs changed and a big part of that was religion. The faith’s that people practice today all but discount telepathy and actually make this ability out to be a type of demonic possession.

Religion today has gripped society like never before. They have gained powers over the years and have swayed opinions and though processes so that telepathy does not exist in many people eyes any longer. They no longer believe in their own abilities but think there is some higher power that controls everything.

In fact, telepathy is sometimes called the 6th sense or your third eye that sees things your other two cannot. While these two facets are not actually related to each other, you get the general idea that these skills are equated to telepathy originating from the second nature that humans and animals are sometimes talked to possess.

This instinct can manifest itself in many ways and can be regarded as telepathic in nature by some. I am sure we have all heard the instances of people who are just getting ready to board a flight for a planned trip, just to get a weird feeling and then decided to not to get on the plane. When they get home there are news stories of the flight they were about to take being in a bad crash with few survivors. Did that person who chose not to fly have a telepathic insight? What made them decide not to fly that day? Some might say it is a survival instinct that we all have. Others will say it was a telepathic intuition that made them feel the danger ahead and that is what made them falter and not get on the plane.

Why people starting to lose faith in telepathy or stopped practicing their ability to do so is hard to figure out. However, one reason that can be directly linked to this is the popularity of modern religion. Today, religion all but belittles the telepathic ability or treats it as some sort of sign of being a demon.

It may be that as the world population grew, our need for telepathy began to wane as our survival was not dependent upon it and putting this sense on to a higher power made more sense at the time.

Of course, this also brings to light as to why organized religion is so adamant that this ability does not exist unless you are possessed by the devil. What is their fear of this natural ability? The opinion is that if anyone can have this ability, it would make the power of a deity less impressive. You would basically be admitting that anyone can see the future or communicate silently. These abilities are supposed to belong to a higher power, not the common man.
