Various Techniques For Telepathic Communication
Do you know that almost every human being only uses approximately 10 percent of their brains? Do you know that many individuals are clueless about the functioning of the remaining 90 percent?
However, the majority of humanity does not realize that we all have in instinctive ability to communicate with one another without moving a physical muscle or speaking a word.
This ability remains unused by us since we don’t cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.
Consequently those abilities have faded into the background simply to surface on those occasions of instantly knowing who is on the other end of the phone when it rings.
Is this an early symptom of clairvoyance or did you just receive a telepathic call from the person who called up at your phone?
Subconscious contact is pretty common in our everyday lives. But we can train our minds to such an extent that we can communicate with each other consciously as well.
Telepathy in humans is a natural and intuitive ability. It seems many individuals do not learn how to harness or guide their ability so that it does not become a conscious sense for daily use. This does not mean that humans do not use it. It means that many individuals do not know exactly how to focus their minds in order to make communicating apparent.
It has been scientifically proven that there is a frequency of thought. It is possible to train your mind to control this frequency of your thought and not just that you can also direct your thoughts at the direction you want to. This is the main principle of telecommunication.
There are various means for improving you telepathic abilities.
*Trance state - Your mind can best receive information when it is in a sort of trance. This is something most humans are capable of. At this stage, your body is relaxed and your mind open.
If you are working on improving your telepathic abilities you should devote some time to bringing your mind to the trance state.
*Focus - When you are collected and in a quiet environment, think of a person you would like to contact you. Focus consciously on that person. Imagine that person knowing what you want to tell him. You should be in a positive, happy frame of mind. Your thoughts should be on the lines that you want this person to get in touch with you. It is not like a command. Just convey positive impressions.
*Belief. In order to have effective telepathic communication, you must believe that the other person will receive your message. Keep a positive and open-minded outlook while learning to improve your ability to focus telepathically.
*End Projection. Do not allow other issues to cross your mind. You should end your thoughts. Bring them back to yourself when you end the projection. This is done for a reason.
When you stop thinking, the person you were trying to contact should get the feeling that any thoughts about you are missing and they will feel the urge to contact you. So it should not be very surprising if the person who you were trying to contact gets back to you soon.
When practicing all by yourself, this is an excellent way to work on focusing your mind and natural telepathic abilities. With two people, there are other similarly powerful ways to harness your telepathic abilities.
When you are working with someone else you can practice this method of telepathic communicating.
*Sender and Receiver. Determine who will send the message and who will receive it. For this example, we will make the assumption that you will be sending the message.
The receiver needs to jot down all the thoughts of the sender even if he feels that the images are incorrect. If often happens that the sender focuses on a particular “object”. This makes the receiver feel that the images he is getting are wrong. But tell your receiver to jot down “every” image he receives.
*Visualize. The sender should come up with some simple images of ahead of time that will be easy for the receiver to pick up. Most people will easily recognize a yellow banana, a red apple, or a full white moon, for example. These are common and simple items that help you project while maintaining your focus.
*Transmitting your message - Close your eyes and create a thought-tube which will connect your mind with the receiver’s.
Now focus on the image of the object you want to project. Make this object as simple as possible, and then send it directly to the receiver through the thought-tube. Follow the detail of the object till the last moment.
Visualization is a very powerful tool for teaching your mind to focus on sending your message.
*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.
*Receiver. The receiver needs to remain calm and relaxed with an open mind and the willingness to receive impressions of images. The receiver should record any impression that he or she picked up on.
Most people experiences images and impressions in their imagination when the mind is calm. The receiver may at first think he is inventing these images, but he should still record any images and impressions he may receive.
*Results - After a marathon session, compare notes of what you wanted to send across and what was received. All won’t be correct on the first attempt, but some ideas will definitely get through.
The results you achieve can be improved with time and practice.
