Understanding Telepathic Communication
Research has proved that humans use only around 10% of their total brain capacity. The functioning of the remaining 90% remains elusive.
But not nearly as well known is the truth that we can communicate with other people without speaking a word or even moving ourselves physically.
Human beings are imitators. They learn by observation of their elders around them. This is how we learn to speak, think and behave in a given situation. But adults do not use the power of their minds to communicate with kids. That ability is not honed through a person’s life.
Consequently those abilities have faded into the background simply to surface on those occasions of instantly knowing who is on the other end of the phone when it rings.
Is this gut feeling a form of clairvoyance? Did you just pick up on a subconscious telepathic call from the individual who is calling you?
During the daily events of our lives we often communicate with others on a subconscious level. Do you know that you can train your mind to consciously communicate as well?
Most humans have a natural ability for telepathy although it is usually latent. That means that it needs to be consciously developed for it to become a part of our life. This does not mean that we do not use our powers - most people are aware that they can 'see' or 'feel' things psychically, but most people are not focussed enough for their telepathic powers to be really substantial.
Science has proven that thoughts, like radio waves, have a frequency that is measurable. If you train your mind to focus in on the frequency of your thoughts and send them where you want them to go, you’re well on your way to learning methods of communication by the mind alone.
You can improve your telepathic abilities in various ways such as
*Enter a Trance. When you are in a calm and relaxed state, your mind becomes open and receptive. Most people are able to enter a highly receptive trance-state similar to hypnosis.
When you are working on your telepathic ability you should take some time to learn how to induce a trance like state.
*Focus Your Thoughts. After you are calm, quiet, and relaxed, turn your thoughts toward someone whom you’d like to have contact you. Direct your energies toward that person. Imagine the person’s mind opening to receive your message. Project positive energy and happy thoughts, and let your thoughts send the message to the person to get in touch with you. Don’t try to command; this approach does work. Just make sure you project positive impressions.
*Belief is very important. You have to believe that the person is receiving your message. Have an open minded attitude.
*End your projection - Stop your thoughts from trailing off. Try to bring all your thoughts back to yourself.
Once you end the projection of positive thoughts and feelings, the person you just tried to contact will more than like experience the lack of your thoughts and be urged to reestablish contact with you. When this individual calls you shortly, do not be surprised.
This practice of keeping your mind off other thoughts can be a very good way of learning to focus your mind. There are also other ways of learning it by making use of two people.
Try this simple method to hone your telepathic communication skills using two people.
*Sender and Receiver. Determine who will send the message and who will receive it. For this example, we will make the assumption that you will be sending the message.
The receiver should keep pen and paper handy to write down any impressions he may receive. If the sender focuses on an object, the receiver may at first think he is just inventing things from his own mind, but make sure the receiver writes down all thoughts and impressions so that they can be compared to yours later.
*Visualization. Before beginning the sender should consider some prearranged clear image which is easier for the receiver to pick up on. Make sure to pick objects that are identifiable for most individuals. This might be a juicy orange, a red apple or yellow bananas for example. These are simple and direct images you can maintain and project when you focus and send.
*Transmitting your message - Close your eyes and create a thought-tube which will connect your mind with the receiver’s.
Once you have visualized the thought-tube, imagine yourself placing the chosen object in the tube. Follow it all the way from your end of the tube to the receiver’s end. Try to clearly and vividly imagine the object as it leaves your end of the tube and travels to the receiver.
Visualization is a handy tool that helps in letting your mind get the message across.
*End transmission - At one point, you will get the idea that your message has reached its destination. At this point, stop projecting and let all thoughts flow out of your system. This way, your receiver gets the required time to process his impressions and realize that an image did actually appear on his mind. Allow the receiver time to gather his impressions and make a note of it.
*Receiver. With the willingness to receive impressions with an open mind the receiver must remain relaxed and tranquil. He or she should also write down any image impression they may have received.
All people receive such images when their minds are blank. The receiver will first think that he is imagining things, but recording first impressions is a must.
*Results. At the end of your telepathic practice session, compare notes with the receiver about the impressions and images that were sent and received. You should quickly realize that even minds inexperienced in telepathic communication can often receive vague impressions. Even though you will not get them all right the first time you try, you should see a few that match up.
The results you achieve can be improved with time and practice.
