Trance And Telepathic Communication

We all know that we human use only about 10% of their brain while the rest remains unknown to them.

But not nearly as well known is the truth that we can communicate with other people without speaking a word or even moving ourselves physically.

This ability remains unused by us since we don’t cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.

Over time this ability begins to fade due to lack of use. This innate ability surfaces at strange moments, like when you happen to run into someone that you had just been thinking about, or when you know a moment before the phone rings that a particular person is going to call.

Is this a psychic premonition? Or did you unconsciously receive a telepathically transmitted message from the person who called you?

In our every day lives, there are many times in which we communicate with others on a subconscious level. Have you ever considered the possibility of training your mind to engage in conscious telepathic communication?

Human telepathy is a natural inborn ability. However, in the majority of humans this ability is never harnessed and guided into becoming one of the conscious senses for use in daily life. This is not to say that we do not use it. It means simply that the majority of individuals do not understand how to focus their minds in the degree of making communication likely.

Science has proven that thoughts have a measurable frequency, similar to radio waves. By learning to control your thought frequencies and direct them in a specific manner, you can start learning how to communicate with only the power of your mind.

You can improve your telepathic abilities in various ways such as

*Trance State. When you are able to reach a trance like state your mind is more receptive. Many individuals are capable of inducing an almost hypnotic trance where the mind is open and the body is relaxed.

If you are honing your ability to communicate telepathically on your own, be sure to take some time to learn how to enter this trance-like state.

*Focus. While you are in a tranquil setting and you are relaxed, concentrate on someone you would like to contact you. Focus intently on that individual, while you imagine that individual receiving your message. Send out happy positive emotions while allowing your thoughts to express that you would like this individual to get in contact with you. Do not consider that that this is concentrating on a command. That will not work. However, continue sending positive vibrations.

*Believe. Telepathic communication works best when you believe that the other person will receive your message. Stay open to the possibilities and keep a positive attitude as you learn to broaden your telepathic focus.

*End Your Projection. Do not allow your mind to wander off onto other issues. Simply end your thoughts and bring them back to yourself as you end your projection. You will do this for a simple reason.

When you release the positive impressions from the person you were attempting to contact, he or she should have the subconscious sense that those positive thoughts have been removed and will want to make an attempt to re-establish the positive connection with you. You might be surprised to find that the person you attempted to contact reaches out to call you very soon.

This is a resourceful technique for learning how to focus your mind and your inborn telepathic abilities. There are equally powerful ways to learn to focus when two people are involved.

Below are some methods of practicing your telepathic skills by using two people

*Sender, Receiver. Figure out who will send the message and who will receive it. In this example we will suppose that you are the sender.

The receiver should keep pen and paper at the ready to take notes on whatever impressions he may receive. At first, the receiver may feel as though he is simply making up images out of his own mind, especially if the sender is using simple images. Nonetheless, the receiver should record any thoughts and impressions for comparison later.

*Visualization - The sender should make a list of a few simple objects that are easy to project. For example white moon, red apple etc.

*Transmit the Message. With your eyes closed, try to establish communication through a thought-tube between the two of you. Clearly picture in your imagination how this thought-tube connects sender and receiver.

Then you will place the object that the receiver should see inside the mental communication tube and send it to him or her. Create a clear image. If you choose to focus on the yellow bananas make sure you follow the bananas all the way to the end of the thought-tube.

Visualization is a powerful technique that allows your mind to focus on the task of sending your message.

*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.

*Receiver. It is important that the receiver remain relaxed and calm, as well as keep an open and willing mind. Openness to receive the images and impressions you send are crucial. The receiver should write down images as they come to mind.

When the mind and thoughts are quiet anyone can experience images or flashes in their mind. The receiver may entertain doubts. However, it is very important to record any impressions of images.

*Results - After a marathon session, compare notes of what you wanted to send across and what was received. All won’t be correct on the first attempt, but some ideas will definitely get through.

Practice will improve your results.
