Methods Used To Learn Telepathic Communication
Do you know that almost every human being only uses approximately 10 percent of their brains? Do you know that many individuals are clueless about the functioning of the remaining 90 percent?
Most of us are not aware of the fact that we are all born with the ability to communicate with our brains without the slightest usage of any other part of the body.
Human beings are imitators. They learn by observation of their elders around them. This is how we learn to speak, think and behave in a given situation. But adults do not use the power of their minds to communicate with kids. That ability is not honed through a person’s life.
Over time this ability begins to fade due to lack of use. This innate ability surfaces at strange moments, like when you happen to run into someone that you had just been thinking about, or when you know a moment before the phone rings that a particular person is going to call.
Is this feeling a form of clairvoyance? Did you just receive a subconscious telepathic call from the person who is calling you now?
In our every day lives, there are many times in which we communicate with others on a subconscious level. Have you ever considered the possibility of training your mind to engage in conscious telepathic communication?
Human telepathy is a natural inborn ability. However, in the majority of humans this ability is never harnessed and guided into becoming one of the conscious senses for use in daily life. This is not to say that we do not use it. It means simply that the majority of individuals do not understand how to focus their minds in the degree of making communication likely.
Research proves that our thoughts have frequencies much like radio waves and they can be measured. You will begin learning how to communicate using your mind power when you learn how to control the frequencies of your thoughts.
There are various means for improving you telepathic abilities.
*Enter a Trance. When you are in a calm and relaxed state, your mind becomes open and receptive. Most people are able to enter a highly receptive trance-state similar to hypnosis.
If you are honing your ability to communicate telepathically on your own, be sure to take some time to learn how to enter this trance-like state.
*Focus - When you are collected and in a quiet environment, think of a person you would like to contact you. Focus consciously on that person. Imagine that person knowing what you want to tell him. You should be in a positive, happy frame of mind. Your thoughts should be on the lines that you want this person to get in touch with you. It is not like a command. Just convey positive impressions.
*Belief. Have faith that your message is being received, while remaining open minded as you begin developing your telepathic focus.
*End your projection - Do not let your mind stray. Pull your thoughts back in. stop projecting. Want to know the reason?
When you release the positive impressions from the person you were attempting to contact, he or she should have the subconscious sense that those positive thoughts have been removed and will want to make an attempt to re-establish the positive connection with you. You might be surprised to find that the person you attempted to contact reaches out to call you very soon.
If you are practicing on your own, this is a great technique to learn to direct your mind and your natural telepathic abilities. Techniques involving two people can be just as powerful.
Try this simple method to hone your telepathic communication skills using two people.
*Sender and Receiver. Choose who will send messages and who will receive them. In this example, we will presume that you will send the messages.
Keep a pen and pad handy so the receiver can record any impressions that he or she may receive. At the beginning most receivers will have naturally have doubts when the sender focuses on an object however, it is best to write down the impressions to be compared later.
*Visualization - The sender should initially select clear, uncomplicated images for the recipient. Examples are red apples, yellow bananas or a white moon. These will help you retain your focus.
*Message Transmitting. Close your eyes. Focus on building a communication thought-tube between the two of you. In your mind’s eye picture it clearly as connecting the sender and receiver.
Once you have visualized the thought-tube, imagine yourself placing the chosen object in the tube. Follow it all the way from your end of the tube to the receiver’s end. Try to clearly and vividly imagine the object as it leaves your end of the tube and travels to the receiver.
Visualization is a very powerful tool for teaching your mind to focus on sending your message.
*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.
*Receiver. The receiver should remain calm, relaxed, and focused. He should open his mind and be willing to receive impressions and images, and should write down whatever images may come to mind.
All people receive such images when their minds are blank. The receiver will first think that he is imagining things, but recording first impressions is a must.
*Results. After completing the telepathic training compare notes of the recorded images that were received. Of course, your first attempts may not produce a correct answer every time; however you will find several matches. You will find that even those with untrained minds do have the ability to send and or receive.
With practice, you can improve upon these results.
