Is Telepathic Communication Real?

Research has proved that humans use only around 10% of their total brain capacity. The functioning of the remaining 90% remains elusive.

However, the majority of humanity does not realize that we all have in instinctive ability to communicate with one another without moving a physical muscle or speaking a word.

From our infancy we are conditioned by our elder to think, speak behave or act as they did. They did not know how to teach us since they were never taught to use the powers of the mind in order to communicate with other individuals. These natural capabilities remain untapped and untrained.

Telecommunication removes the need of a telephone caller to identify himself verbally. So if the telephone rings you will just be able to understand who is calling you, without having to pick up the receiver and asking the person to name himself.

Is this a psychic premonition? Or did you unconsciously receive a telepathically transmitted message from the person who called you?

In our daily lives, there are many instances in which we communicate with others on a subconscious plane without even realizing it. Did you realize, though, that you can teach your mind to utilize telepathic communication consciously?

Human telepathy is a natural inborn ability. However, in the majority of humans this ability is never harnessed and guided into becoming one of the conscious senses for use in daily life. This is not to say that we do not use it. It means simply that the majority of individuals do not understand how to focus their minds in the degree of making communication likely.

Scientists have worked on this and have figured out that our thoughts have a frequency, not unlike radio waves. They can be measured, actually. If you can master the frequency of your thoughts and learn how to chanelize them where you want, you can communicate with nothing but your mind.

There are various means for improving you telepathic abilities.

*Trance state - The human mind is extremely receptive when it is in a trance like state. Most of us are capable of creating a trance like state thus making our minds highly receptive.

Many people are able to enter into an almost hypnotic state in which the mind opens as the body relaxes.

*Focus.Once you are in a quiet place and in a relaxed state, turn your mind toward someone whom you’d like to contact you. Focus your thoughts on that person. Visualize that person receiving your message. Try to emit positive, encouraging feelings and let your thoughts transmit that you wish for this person to get in contact with you. Try not to project command-like thoughts; this will not work. Just keep sending good and positive emotions.

*Believe. Telepathic communication works best when you believe that the other person will receive your message. Stay open to the possibilities and keep a positive attitude as you learn to broaden your telepathic focus.

*End the Projection. Instead of allowing yourself to wander off to other thoughts, withdraw your thoughts within your mind and end the projection. There is a simple reason for this.

When you stop thinking, the person you were trying to contact should get the feeling that any thoughts about you are missing and they will feel the urge to contact you. So it should not be very surprising if the person who you were trying to contact gets back to you soon.

You will find this technique of learning how to focus your mind and enhancing your innate telepathic capabilities resourceful. There are equally powerful ways to learn to focus when two people are involved as the sender and receiver.

Here is a helpful technique for two people to practice using telepathic communication skills.

*Sender and Receiver. Choose who will send messages and who will receive them. In this example, we will presume that you will send the messages.

The receiver should scribble down whatever impressions he receives. The sender might concentrate on a simple object, but the receiver should put all his ideas down in writing for comparison later.

*Visualization. Before beginning the sender should consider some prearranged clear image which is easier for the receiver to pick up on. Make sure to pick objects that are identifiable for most individuals. This might be a juicy orange, a red apple or yellow bananas for example. These are simple and direct images you can maintain and project when you focus and send.

*Transmit. Shut your eyes and focus your mind on making a connection thought-tube between sender and receiver. Visualize this thought-tube clearly in your imagination as a connection between you and the receiver.

Now focus on the image of the object you want to project. Make this object as simple as possible, and then send it directly to the receiver through the thought-tube. Follow the detail of the object till the last moment.

Visualization is a powerful technique that allows your mind to focus on the task of sending your message.

*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.

*Receiver. The receiver needs to remain calm and relaxed with an open mind and the willingness to receive impressions of images. The receiver should record any impression that he or she picked up on.

When thoughts are still everyone will have experiences of images and flashes within their mind’s-eye. At first the receiver may have doubts; however it is essential that any impressions should be written down.

*Results - After a marathon session, compare notes of what you wanted to send across and what was received. All won’t be correct on the first attempt, but some ideas will definitely get through.

You can always improve your results with practice.
