Is Telepathic Communication Easy To Learn?
We all know that we human use only about 10% of their brain while the rest remains unknown to them.
For the most part, many individuals do not realize that all humans are born with a natural ability to communicate with others without saying a word or moving a muscle.
This ability remains unused by us since we don’t cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.
And so the ability to communicate telepathically lies dormant except for those rare ‘coincidental’ moments when you hear the phone ring and know ahead of time who’s on the other end of the line.
Is this a form of psychic forewarning? Or did you simply receive a subconscious telepathic signal from the person that called you?
In our daily lives, there are many instances in which we communicate with others on a subconscious plane without even realizing it. Did you realize, though, that you can teach your mind to utilize telepathic communication consciously?
Human telepathy is an innate, natural ability that most humans have and most often remains dormant and untapped, never making its way to becoming a tool that we deliberately use in our every day lives. This does not mean that we never utilize this ability, though we may not use it consciously. In reality, this means that most people have no idea how to focus the mind to purposely communicate in this way.
Research proves that our thoughts have frequencies much like radio waves and they can be measured. You will begin learning how to communicate using your mind power when you learn how to control the frequencies of your thoughts.
To improve your telepathic abilities, try the following.
*Trance State. When you are in a trance-like state, your mind is most receptive.
Many people are able to enter into an almost hypnotic state in which the mind opens as the body relaxes.
*Focus - The next thing is focus. Try to concentrate on a particular person who you wish to establish communication with. In a calm and peaceful environment sit down and try to send positive emotions to the person by using your mind. You don’t have to concentrate on a command. Just try to give out positive vibes.
*Believe. Telepathic communication works best when you believe that the other person will receive your message. Stay open to the possibilities and keep a positive attitude as you learn to broaden your telepathic focus.
*End your projection - Stop your thoughts from trailing off. Try to bring all your thoughts back to yourself.
The positive signals that you mind is imparting to the person must be very strong so that the person receiving it feels the strong urge to communicate with you. For this you will have to keep your mind off other thoughts.
If you are practicing on your own, this is a great technique to learn to direct your mind and your natural telepathic abilities. Techniques involving two people can be just as powerful.
The method we have for you is quick and easy.
*Sender and Receiver. First determine who will be the message sender and who will be the receiver. We will assume for this example that it is you who is the sender.
Keep a pen and pad handy so the receiver can record any impressions that he or she may receive. At the beginning most receivers will have naturally have doubts when the sender focuses on an object however, it is best to write down the impressions to be compared later.
*Visualize. The sender should come up with some simple images of ahead of time that will be easy for the receiver to pick up. Most people will easily recognize a yellow banana, a red apple, or a full white moon, for example. These are common and simple items that help you project while maintaining your focus.
*Transmit. Shut your eyes and focus your mind on making a connection thought-tube between sender and receiver. Visualize this thought-tube clearly in your imagination as a connection between you and the receiver.
Now, place the object you want to send to him in this tube and send it on to him directly. The image should be crystal clear in your mind. Follow your image through the tube right to the receiver.
Visualization is one of the most powerful ways of focusing your mind to send your message.
*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.
*Receiver. It is important that the receiver remain relaxed and calm, as well as keep an open and willing mind. Openness to receive the images and impressions you send are crucial. The receiver should write down images as they come to mind.
Even if the receiver thinks the images they see are just a product of their imagination it is still important to record everything they see.
*Results. At the end of your telepathic practice session, compare notes with the receiver about the impressions and images that were sent and received. You should quickly realize that even minds inexperienced in telepathic communication can often receive vague impressions. Even though you will not get them all right the first time you try, you should see a few that match up.
With practice this will improve.
