Is Telepathic Communication Art Or Science?

We all know that we human use only about 10% of their brain while the rest remains unknown to them.

However, the majority of humanity does not realize that we all have in instinctive ability to communicate with one another without moving a physical muscle or speaking a word.

We are conditioned from infancy to think, speak, behave and act out as did our elders. They were never taught to use the powers of their minds to reach out in communications with others; therefore they never knew to teach it to us. Our innate abilities remain untapped and untrained.

As a result these abilities faded into the background only to surface as those seemingly odd events such as knowing instantly when the telephone rings who is on the other end of the phone when it is ringing.

Is this feeling a form of clairvoyance? Did you just receive a subconscious telepathic call from the person who is calling you now?

Very often we will communicate with other individuals on a subconscious level during the daily events of our lifetime. You can train your mind to focus on consciously communicating too.

Human telepathy is an intrinsic ability that is just not given the importance it deserves. It could be mad as powerful as the other five senses, with proper training. We use it, of course, but not on a large scale or in such a way as to make real communication viable.

Research proves that our thoughts have frequencies much like radio waves and they can be measured. You will begin learning how to communicate using your mind power when you learn how to control the frequencies of your thoughts.

We have for you a few ways to improve your telepathic abilities.

*Trance State. When you are in a trance-like state, your mind is most receptive.

When you are working on your telepathic ability you should take some time to learn how to induce a trance like state.

*Focus.Once you are in a quiet place and in a relaxed state, turn your mind toward someone whom you’d like to contact you. Focus your thoughts on that person. Visualize that person receiving your message. Try to emit positive, encouraging feelings and let your thoughts transmit that you wish for this person to get in contact with you. Try not to project command-like thoughts; this will not work. Just keep sending good and positive emotions.

*Believe. Telepathic communication works best when you believe that the other person will receive your message. Stay open to the possibilities and keep a positive attitude as you learn to broaden your telepathic focus.

*End your projection - Stop your thoughts from trailing off. Try to bring all your thoughts back to yourself.

When you stop thinking, the person you were trying to contact should get the feeling that any thoughts about you are missing and they will feel the urge to contact you. So it should not be very surprising if the person who you were trying to contact gets back to you soon.

If you are practicing on your own, this is a great technique to learn to direct your mind and your natural telepathic abilities. Techniques involving two people can be just as powerful.

Try this simple method to hone your telepathic communication skills using two people.

*Sender and Receiver. First determine who will be the message sender and who will be the receiver. We will assume for this example that it is you who is the sender.

The receiver needs to jot down all the thoughts of the sender even if he feels that the images are incorrect. If often happens that the sender focuses on a particular “object”. This makes the receiver feel that the images he is getting are wrong. But tell your receiver to jot down “every” image he receives.

*Visualization. The sender should think ahead about some easy, simple objects that will be easy for receiver to pick up. Think of things that are common to most people, like a juicy orange, a red apple, or the golden sun. The simplicity of these images makes them easier to project while continuing to maintain your focus.

*Transmitting your message - Close your eyes and create a thought-tube which will connect your mind with the receiver’s.

Now focus on the image of the object you want to project. Make this object as simple as possible, and then send it directly to the receiver through the thought-tube. Follow the detail of the object till the last moment.

Visualization is a powerful technique that allows your mind to focus on the task of sending your message.

*End Transmission. When you have the sense that your thought-object has arrived at its destination, end the projection and let your mind go blank. This interruption in transmission is important in letting the receiver understand that the image has actually appeared. It also lets the receiver take a few moments to make note of the image that he saw.

*Receiver. It is important that the receiver remain relaxed and calm, as well as keep an open and willing mind. Openness to receive the images and impressions you send are crucial. The receiver should write down images as they come to mind.

When the mind and thoughts are quiet anyone can experience images or flashes in their mind. The receiver may entertain doubts. However, it is very important to record any impressions of images.

*Results. After you have ended your telepathic training session, the sender and receiver should compare notes of impressions and images were sent and received. You will notice that even minds with little or no experience in telepathic communication are able to receive and transmit nebulous images. Even though your results won’t be 100”% correct at first, some of the impressions should match up.

The results will get better and better with practice.
