Intertwining Thoughts And Telepathy.
It’s common knowledge that humans use only a small portion of the brain. 10% of the brain is dedicated to known brain function, and the remaining 90% is largely a mystery.
However, the majority of humanity does not realize that we all have in instinctive ability to communicate with one another without moving a physical muscle or speaking a word.
This ability remains unused by us since we don’t cultivate it. As we grow up we are encouraged only to talk, and not to explore this innate ability of the mind.
As a result these abilities faded into the background only to surface as those seemingly odd events such as knowing instantly when the telephone rings who is on the other end of the phone when it is ringing.
Is this a form of psychic forewarning? Or did you simply receive a subconscious telepathic signal from the person that called you?
In our every day lives, there are many times in which we communicate with others on a subconscious level. Have you ever considered the possibility of training your mind to engage in conscious telepathic communication?
Human telepathic communication is an inborn ability that most people have. In most cases, it is never developed or molded into a sense that we use purposely in every day life. This doesn’t mean that we never use our telepathic abilities; it just means that most of us don’t know how to focus our minds to make this kind of communication possible.
Science has proven that thoughts, like radio waves, have a frequency that is measurable. If you train your mind to focus in on the frequency of your thoughts and send them where you want them to go, you’re well on your way to learning methods of communication by the mind alone.
We have for you a few ways to improve your telepathic abilities.
*Trance State. When you are able to reach a trance like state your mind is more receptive. Many individuals are capable of inducing an almost hypnotic trance where the mind is open and the body is relaxed.
If you are trying to improve your telepathic skills then make sure you learn more about this skill of making your mind go into a state of trance.
*Focus. While you are relaxed in a serene area focus on an individual you would like to contact you. Keep focusing on that individual while you imagine that individual receiving the message. As you are sending positive and cheerful emotions, allow your thoughts to express that you want them to get in touch with you. This is not concentrating to send a command as that will not work. Nevertheless, continue sending your positive thoughts and vibrations.
*Believe. Telepathic communication works best when you believe that the other person will receive your message. Stay open to the possibilities and keep a positive attitude as you learn to broaden your telepathic focus.
*End Your Transmission. Instead of letting your mind wander to other subjects, simply retract them back into your own mind and stop projecting. There is a simple reason for this.
When you release the positive impressions from the person you were attempting to contact, he or she should have the subconscious sense that those positive thoughts have been removed and will want to make an attempt to re-establish the positive connection with you. You might be surprised to find that the person you attempted to contact reaches out to call you very soon.
This practice of keeping your mind off other thoughts can be a very good way of learning to focus your mind. There are also other ways of learning it by making use of two people.
Try this simple method to hone your telepathic communication skills using two people.
*Sender and Receiver. Choose who will send messages and who will receive them. In this example, we will presume that you will send the messages.
The receiver needs to jot down all the thoughts of the sender even if he feels that the images are incorrect. If often happens that the sender focuses on a particular “object”. This makes the receiver feel that the images he is getting are wrong. But tell your receiver to jot down “every” image he receives.
*Visualization. Before beginning the sender should consider some prearranged clear image which is easier for the receiver to pick up on. Make sure to pick objects that are identifiable for most individuals. This might be a juicy orange, a red apple or yellow bananas for example. These are simple and direct images you can maintain and project when you focus and send.
*Transmit the Message. With your eyes closed, try to establish communication through a thought-tube between the two of you. Clearly picture in your imagination how this thought-tube connects sender and receiver.
Now, place the object you want to send to him in this tube and send it on to him directly. The image should be crystal clear in your mind. Follow your image through the tube right to the receiver.
Visualization is a powerful technique that allows your mind to focus on the task of sending your message.
*End the Transmission. Once you have the sense that the thought-object has arrived at its destination, end your projection and allow your mind to go blank. This interruption in projection serves the important purpose of allowing the receiver time to process and realize that he really did see an image. It also allows him time to make note of the images and impressions that he received.
*Receiver - The receiver should sit back and stay collected. He should have an open mind and willingness to receive and assimilate images. These impressions should be jotted down.
When thoughts are still everyone will have experiences of images and flashes within their mind’s-eye. At first the receiver may have doubts; however it is essential that any impressions should be written down.
*Results. When you have completed your telepathic training you will compare notes of the images that were sent and the images received. Although you may not have 100% of them correct on the first try, there will be several that match. You will notice that even untrained minds are capable of sending and receiving images.
Practice will improve your results.
