Telepathy is best described as direct communication between two
minds without using the human's five main senses. It is an
acquired skill that requires patience and persistence.
Telepathy extends beyond our natural instinct. It allows the
transmission of images, emotions, feelings and, after extensive
practice, words and phrases. All humans are capable of developing
mental telepathic skills that are achieved through a variety of
methods. Regularly practicing these methods will improve your
telepathic abilities.
Initially developing telepathy
It's important to remember that to be a successful emissor
(one who sends telepathic signals) you must be in an alert and/or
aggressive state. Try to think of one particular individual and
command them to contact you as if you were really talking to them.
Depending on the type of individual you selected, they will
contact you (whether it be via email, phone or fax) much more
quicker than you would've thought. While this method can sometimes
be purely based on chance, it is good for developing your
telepathic abilities.
Practice with a friend
When practicing telepathy with a friend, it's best to focus on one
specific role. The emissor must always function as the emissor,
and the receiver always as the receiver. The distance you sit
between eachother should be based on your level of skill and
experience with telepathy.
The receiver should be in a relaxed state and have clear thoughts,
allowing for the emissor's signals to be clearly received. The
emissor, on the other hand, must be in an alert state and be
energetic. Emotional energy allows for the signals to be
transferred.
