Telepathic Communication
It’s a well known fact that humans only use around 10% of their
brains. The function of other 90% remains a mystery to most people.
What most of us aren’t aware of is that we’re all born with the
innate ability to communicate with each other without having to
speak a word out loud or even move a muscle physically.
As we grow up we’re conditioned to speak, think, act and behave like
our elders. They don’t use the power of their minds to reach out and
communicate with you, because they weren’t taught to do so either.
The ability is left untapped and untrained.
And so the ability fades into the background to surface on those odd
occasions when the telephone rings and you just instantly know who’s
on the other end.
Is this forewarning a form of clairvoyance? Or did your mind simply
receive a subconscious telepathic call from the person calling you?
There are many instances in our daily lives where we communicate
with other people on a subconscious level. But did you know you it
is possible to train your mind to communicate consciously as well?
Human telepathy is a natural inherent ability within most human
beings that is usually never harnessed or guided into being one of
the senses we use consciously in our daily lives. This doesn’t mean
we don’t use it. It simply means the majority of people don’t know
how to focus their minds in such a way to make communication
possible.
It’s been scientifically proven that our thoughts have a frequency,
much like radio waves, and they can be measured. If you can learn to
harness the frequency of your thoughts and direct them where you
want, then you’ll begin to learn how to communicate using your mind
alone.
Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.
1. Trance State
Your mind is at its most receptive when you allow yourself to drop
into a trance-like state. Most humans are capable of inducing an
almost hypnotic trance where the body is relaxed and your mind is
open.
If you’re working on your telepathic ability alone then spend some
time learning how to bring yourself into a trance state.
2. Focus
When you are relaxed and in a quiet place, think about a person
you’d like to contact you. Focus on that person. Imagine that person
receiving your message. Project positive, happy emotions and allow
your thoughts to convey that you want this person to contact you.
Don’t feel as though you need to concentrate on a command. That
simply won’t work. Just continue to send positive impressions.
3. Belief
You need to believe that the other person is receiving your message.
Keep an open minded attitude as you learn to expand your telepathic
focus.
4. End Your Projection
Rather than let your mind trail off onto other things, simply
withdraw your thoughts back into yourself and stop projecting. The
reason for this is quite simple.
When you let go of the positive impressions the person you were
trying to contact should feel that any thoughts about you will be
missing and the urge to contact you to re-establish that
communication should be strong. Don’t be surprised if the person you
were reaching out to calls you soon.
If you’re practicing alone, this technique can be a great way to
learn to focus your mind and your innate telepathic ability. There
are equally powerful ways to learn to focus using two people
Here is a quick method to practice your telepathic communication
using two people:
1. Sender and Receiver
Decide which of you will be the message sender and which will be the
receiver. For the purpose of this example, we’ll assume you are the
sender.
The receiver should have a pad and pen ready to jot down any
impressions he might receive. If the sender is focusing on a simple
object, the receiver might feel as though he’s making things up at
first, but insist that all impressions and thoughts are written down
for later comparison.
2. Visualization
The person sending should pre-arrange some clear, simple images that
are easy to pick up. Choose items that most people know easily, like
red apples, yellow bananas or a white moon. These are concise simple
images to project and maintain your focus.
3. Transmitting Your Message
Close your eyes and focus on establishing a communication
thought-tube between you and the receiver. Picture it clearly in
your mind’s-eye as connecting the two of you.
Then place the object you want the receiver to see inside your
mental communication tube and send it directly to him. Create your
image as clearly as you can. If you choose to focus on a red, shiny
apple, then make sure you follow your apple all the way to the end
of the thought-tube.
The act of visualization is a powerful tool in allowing your mind to
focus on getting your message across.
4. End Transmission
When you feel that your thought-object has reached its destination,
stop projecting and allow your mind to be blank. This pause in
transmission is important because it allows your receiver time to
realize that an image really did appear. When it stops it also
allows the receiver time to take a note of what image he saw.
5. Receiver
The receiver should relax and remain as calm as possible. With an
open mind and a willingness to receive images and impressions, the
receiver should write down any impressions that come to mind.
All humans will experience flashes and images in their mind’s-eye
when their thoughts are still. Your receiver will at first believe
he’s making things up, but it’s important to still record any
impressions.
6. Results
When your telepathic training session is complete, compare notes of
what images were sent and what images were received. You should see
that even untrained minds will be able to pick up vague images and
even though you won’t get 100% of them right on the first try, there
will be a few that match up.
These results can be improved with practice.
