Using Telepathy To Communicate
Did you know that every human being has the ability to learn telepathy? This ability allows us to sense and transmit feelings almost instantly, and over huge distances. We do so without using any of our five physical senses or spoken language. This is an incredible kind of mind to mind communication.
Think again if you think that it is impossible for you to learn telepathy. Chances are, you have already had some sort of telepathic experience but you didn't recognize what it was or what it meant. Have you ever thought about someone that you have seen or spoken to in ages and then, suddenly and out of the blue, had a call or an email from them the very next day? This has happened to just about everyone.
Whether you recognized it or not, that was essentially the two of you telepathically contacting each other. You were sending each other emotions. You were wondering about each other or longing for each other or even thinking about how much you missed each other. All of these emotions can be quite powerful.
When that telepathic connection was sparked, it might have pushed them to give you a call. Perhaps you are picking up on their intent when they sent the letter, or perhaps they managed to feel you wondering and decided subconsciously to let you know what was going on with them. There are a number of ways a telepathic connection can work, and you'll find that it can be a lot stronger and a lot more real than you think! A large percentage of the population believes that there are reasons they can't learn telepathy. They may feel that this form of communication is magical or demonic, and is to be avoided - these are usually religious reasons. These people suppress any experiences they have, and never try to learn to develop their abilities. Other people have been told that telepathy isn't real, and that believing in it is irrational and a superstition since there's no scientific evidence available to them.
One big barrier to learning to communicate in a telepathic fashion is a myth that even practitioners of telepathy believe. That's the concept that speaking and spoken language are inferior to telepathic content. These people believe that our development of language was due to the decay of telepathy. However, this isn't any more true than the idea that telepathy is a trick from the devil. Words and telepathy go hand in hand, the way a song and its lyrics complement one another.
In this analogy, lyrics are spoken words and music is telepathic contact, with each one providing an enhancement of the other. Words are important because they help add definition and clarity to telepathic impulses. That's why spoken language came about in the first place. However, if we forget about or neglect our telepathic development, spoken language and words will come to be dominant, and telepathy is forgotten.
If this is something that piques your interest, and you feel like you are ready to take on perception and to increase your closeness with people, what can you do to learn telepathy. It's not nearly as difficult as it sounds and like anything else, you need practice.
First, you are going to need a partner. If at all possible, it should be a very close friend or partner that you have known for a while and who has as much of a burning desire to learn about telepathy as you do! At this early stage, the more in tune with the other person you are the better. This can be a formidable advantage.
Next, you should stop and separate from each other to the point where you can't physically see one another. Take some time to relax and to do some breathing exercises. Being tense will interfere with your ability to do it properly and keep you from succeeding. Remember that your mind should be free from stress and worries. Have a method to get in touch with each other right away, like phone or Internet chat.
Take turns with this next step and agree on who is going first in advance. Think about the other person, as clearly as you can. What makes the unique and how well do you know them? Think about a strong thread of energy that connects you, or of a golden glow that covers and surrounds you both. You are linked through this energy.
The next step is sending your thoughts along that thread or between the lights. Make the image clear and simple, and send it the way you'd imagine a phone call or Internet transmission occurring. Remember to choose something that's easy to imagine, but not easy for the other person to guess.
Keep at this until you feel as thought the transmission has been sent. Then contact the person and ask if they saw anything in their mind. This is the time when you will compare notes and then switch and let them try you.
When you're just starting out, if you don't feel able to transmit after a quarter of an hour or so of trying, it's time to stop for a break. Your first efforts need to be relatively brief, so that you don't get tired or become frustrated and overcome by negativity.
If you're hoping to learn telepathy, keeping yourself positive about the possibilities is vital. You shouldn't give up unless you're getting results. Keep at it, and you'll enter a whole new world of possibilities.
