Use Your Mind To Communicate - Learn Telepathy!
Did you know that every human being has the ability to learn telepathy? This ability allows us to sense and transmit feelings almost instantly, and over huge distances. We do so without using any of our five physical senses or spoken language. This is an incredible kind of mind to mind communication.
Too many people believe that they can't do telepathy, when the truth of the matter is that they are dead wrong! Chances are very good that you have had a telepathic experience before, but you just didn't recognize it for what it was. Have you ever found yourself think about someone that you have not seen or heard from in a while, perhaps even in years? Then the next day or even in a few minutes, you get a letter from them or a call, or something similar from that very same person!
What was happening there was that telepathic link was made from one person to the other, using emotions like wonder, longing or just a wish to figure out what is going on in that other person's life.
With the telepathic contact between the two of you, it spurred you towards physical contact. You may have contacted them first, spurring them to phone you or contact you, or maybe you were picking up on their random thought without either of you being aware of it. Maybe they were getting ready to call you, and all of a sudden you were able to tune into their needs and their wants. This is something that is entirely possible and we have all been there at one point or another.
For one reason or another, too many people think that telepathy is something that they cannot or should not do. Perhaps they have strong religious beliefs and telepathy falls under the heading of something evil, or unnatural. They might also have discovered that they were capable of it and merely squashed it down and forgot all about it. They may also be in a situation where they think that there is no scientific proof of the phenomenon. The truth is that there most certainly is!
One big barrier to learning to communicate in a telepathic fashion is a myth that even practitioners of telepathy believe. That's the concept that speaking and spoken language are inferior to telepathic content. These people believe that our development of language was due to the decay of telepathy. However, this isn't any more true than the idea that telepathy is a trick from the devil. Words and telepathy go hand in hand, the way a song and its lyrics complement one another.
Take the analogy a little further and you'll find that it holds up. Music gives you a sense of things, while lyrics will help you understand it more clearly. You'll find that this is why words came up in the fist place. Over time, people became too dependent on the written word and because of this, there seems to have developed a phase inhuman history where they neglected their ability to communicate telepathically, to the point where they forgot it!
So, if you're interested in getting closer to other people and opening up your senses, you should learn telepathy. It's not as hard as it sounds to people who don't know how to do it. Just like everything else, what's needed is practice.
The first thing you need to do is find a good partner - preferably someone you've been friends with for a long time. Your partner needs to also be open minded about the idea of telepathy, and should ideally be someone who's just as interested in learning how to be telepathic as you are. That's because positive reinforcement is extremely important when you're just beginning.
Next, you should stop and separate from each other to the point where you can't physically see one another. Take some time to relax and to do some breathing exercises. Being tense will interfere with your ability to do it properly and keep you from succeeding. Remember that your mind should be free from stress and worries. Have a method to get in touch with each other right away, like phone or Internet chat.
You'll need to have an agreement beforehand about who'll go first. That person needs to visualize the other person clearly in their mind, and then imagine a connection between the two of you. Common imagery includes a golden halo of light around each of you, or a thread of energy strung between you.
Using that thread or that cloud, you are going to send an image, like sending a fax or an email. Make sure that your thoughts are clear and that at the beginning, the stay simple. Picture something clearly, like a photograph or an object that you have on your desk. Concentrate on them seeing that picture.
Once you're sure that the telepathic transmission has been completed, get back in touch with your partner and ask if he or she saw anything and what it was. Touch base and compare notes, then switch who's doing the sending.
When you're just starting out, remember to take things slowly. If after fifteen minutes, you don't feel like you've been able to make a transmission, stop and take a break. Your initial efforts need to be brief to keep you from tiring yourself out, and to keep negative feelings from having an impact on your progress.
