Methods Used To Learn Telepathy
Everyone in the world has the potential to learn telepathy - the art of transmitting and sensing feelings over a distance. This is done without making use of our physical senses or spoken language. This is a type of pure mind to mind communication that happens instantly or nearly so, and can occur over even incredible distances.
Many people believe that they cannot learn telepathy, but they are wrong. Chances are, you have even done it before, and not know what was happening? Have you ever thought about someone that you have not spoken to or even thought of until that moment, and then just a little bit later you get a call or a letter from them? You may not have spoken in ages, but suddenly, like magic, there they are!
Whether you recognized it or not, that was essentially the two of you telepathically contacting each other. You were sending each other emotions. You were wondering about each other or longing for each other or even thinking about how much you missed each other. All of these emotions can be quite powerful.
That telepathic contact is what caused the other person to decide to use more ordinary means of getting in touch. Perhaps you thought about them first, and they acted on the feelings they received from you. Maybe they signaled to you and chose to make contact because of the emotions and thoughts they received. Perhaps you even detected their preparations to get in touch with you before the contact ever happened.
Lots of people believe that learning telepathy is impossible or wrong. Some have religious backgrounds or upbringing that tells them telepathy is a form of evil magic. These people won't try to learn it, and if they have any telepathic experiences, they will suppress and ignore them until they're unrecognizable. Others will have been told that learning telepathy is an irrational superstition, since the scientific evidence is sparse.
Another barrier that many people face who are interested in learning telepathy is one that is found in many people who already practice it, as well. There are people who believe that spoken language is somehow inferior and that was only developed after our telepathic abilities had decayed for some reason. This is also patently untrue. There was a time in our history when telepathy and spoken language were as closely linked as music and lyrics!
In an analogy like that, these two things complement each other. One will enhance the other. Lyrics and the written word will be used to more clearly denote what is going on using the telepathic feelings and it means that they are both equally important. Over time, people started to be come so reliant on the language portion of things that they simply did not bother to develop the telepathic aspect of thing again.
If this is something that piques your interest, and you feel like you are ready to take on perception and to increase your closeness with people, what can you do to learn telepathy. It's not nearly as difficult as it sounds and like anything else, you need practice.
Find yourself a partner, ideally someone that you are close to, and hopefully someone who is as curious as you are about telepathy and exploring their own powers in that realm. You'll find that that both the personal connection and the desire to learn are important and that when you are starting out, more encouragement is good!
The next thing to do is to separate from your partner so there's no other way you can communicate. You shouldn't be able to see, hear, or otherwise cue one another. You also have to relax as much as possible, since stress and tension can be major barriers to the use of telepathy. Being tense or worried can have a big impact on your performance, and it isn't a good one. Make sure you have another way to get in touch with your partner, such as a telephone.
Decide who is going to go first and one at a time, start visualizing the other person. Hold their image clearly in your mind and think of a connection between the two of you. Think about a golden light that surrounds you both or a thread of bright energy that links you together.
Using that glowing threat, send an image along it. Think about it like a telephone call or a transmission to a TV set. When you are just getting started, make sure that your thoughts are simple and that you are going off of something you can picture clearly, like a photograph or even an image.
At some point, you will feel as though the transmission is complete. When you feel like that, contact the person and ask them what they managed to receive. Were they able to feel anything or see anything? When you have compared notes, reverse positions and try it the other way.
When you're just starting out, remember to take things slowly. If after fifteen minutes, you don't feel like you've been able to make a transmission, stop and take a break. Your initial efforts need to be brief to keep you from tiring yourself out, and to keep negative feelings from having an impact on your progress.
When you are interested in learning telepathy, stay positive about it, and keep going to until you see results. It is a lot more possible than you think!
