Is It really Natural To Learn Telepathy?
Have you ever thought that human beings can learn telepathy? Telepathy can be defined as seeing or transmitting feelings over a long distance; you don't use the five recognized senses and you don't use words. When you are thinking about telepathy, it is mental communication that can be conveyed instantly over any distance.
If you've been told that telepathy isn't something you can learn, it's time to rethink things. Almost all of us have had a telepathic experience in the past, but we didn't identify it as one or didn't even realize what was going on. Perhaps you've experienced sudden thoughts of someone you haven't seen in a long time or haven't even thought about, only to get a phone call, email, or some other kind of contact shortly afterward. That's telepathy.
The truth is, though, that you managed to make telepathic contact with the other person in one way, shape or form. You were able to transmit feelings of curiosity or wonder or affection and they were able to pick it up.
That telepathic contact is what caused the other person to decide to use more ordinary means of getting in touch. Perhaps you thought about them first, and they acted on the feelings they received from you. Maybe they signaled to you and chose to make contact because of the emotions and thoughts they received. Perhaps you even detected their preparations to get in touch with you before the contact ever happened.
Lots of people think that for one reason or another that they cannot learn telepathy. Perhaps they were raised with very religious strictures, or maybe they are were taught that it was wrong or even evil. They may have repressed their natural talent until they could no long recognize them. On the other hand there are the die hard doubter who claim that there is no scientific truth out there for telepathy, when the opposite is true!
One big barrier to learning to communicate in a telepathic fashion is a myth that even practitioners of telepathy believe. That's the concept that speaking and spoken language are inferior to telepathic content. These people believe that our development of language was due to the decay of telepathy. However, this isn't any more true than the idea that telepathy is a trick from the devil. Words and telepathy go hand in hand, the way a song and its lyrics complement one another.
In this analogy, the lyrics to the song are spoken language, and telepathy is the music. Each acts to enhance the other - words help give clarity to telepathic feelings and sensations. This is why they were initially developed. However, when we forget about telepathy, language takes over, and telepathic communication is neglected.
If you are curious about what was said above and you are ready to be more open to and perceptive about the people that you care about, it is time for you to learn telepathy! It is not as difficult as you might be afraid of, and like all things, it just take some practice!
Take some time and find a partner, hopefully someone that you have known for a long time who has the same interests as you do. Get someone who matches your desire to learn and who wants to see it work as much as you do. This is something that can kick you off to a great and important start.
Second, you and your partner should be in different places, at least to where you can't see each other. Start by relaxing and making sure that you feel at ease with yourself and the situation. Remember that stress and tension can negatively affect the way you see things. Clear your mind of worry or of anything besides doing well. Have a method of talking with the other person nearby, whether that is on the phone or over Internet chat.
You'll need to have an agreement beforehand about who'll go first. That person needs to visualize the other person clearly in their mind, and then imagine a connection between the two of you. Common imagery includes a golden halo of light around each of you, or a thread of energy strung between you.
Using that thread or that cloud, you are going to send an image, like sending a fax or an email. Make sure that your thoughts are clear and that at the beginning, the stay simple. Picture something clearly, like a photograph or an object that you have on your desk. Concentrate on them seeing that picture.
Once you're sure that the telepathic transmission has been completed, get back in touch with your partner and ask if he or she saw anything and what it was. Touch base and compare notes, then switch who's doing the sending.
When you're just starting out, if you don't feel able to transmit after a quarter of an hour or so of trying, it's time to stop for a break. Your first efforts need to be relatively brief, so that you don't get tired or become frustrated and overcome by negativity.
If you are interested in the idea of learning telepathy, stay positive and don't give up! You'll start to see results and then you'll be entering into a brand new world.
