Hypnosis And Telepathy
Have you ever realized that we human beings can learn telepathy? Telepathy can be defined as the ability to sense or transmit feelings over a long distance and to do it without words or even any of the five recognized senses. This is essentially mind to mind communication that is instantaneous even when you are far away.
If you've been told that telepathy isn't something you can learn, it's time to rethink things. Almost all of us have had a telepathic experience in the past, but we didn't identify it as one or didn't even realize what was going on. Perhaps you've experienced sudden thoughts of someone you haven't seen in a long time or haven't even thought about, only to get a phone call, email, or some other kind of contact shortly afterward. That's telepathy.
Essentially, a telepathic connection was established that day. Emotions came into play, and your wish to hear about that person or to figure out what they have been up to translated itself into a connection that you “communicated” your wish through.
This contact was why the other person decided to get in touch. Perhaps you were the one to think of them first. When they received your feelings, they decided it was time to get back in contact. Maybe they were the one to signal you, and you thought of them, returning information that made them feel like they should contact you. You may even have been the one to pick up on their idea to contact you before they were able to do it.
Lots of people think that they can't use telepathy for one reason or another. They may have been raised up in a religious household and think that telepathy or working with anything like it is wrong or evil. The truth is that they can still do telepathy, just that they do not recognize or even if they do, they reject it. Perhaps they were told that telepathy is just trickery and nonsense because there is no scientific evidence for it, which is simply not true at all. With real evidence out there, ignore the doubters!
Keep in mind that one of the major myths that surround telepathy is actually one that is believed even by the people who use it. This myth essentially says that spoken language is inferior, and when our natural telepathic abilities died out for some reason, spoken language became the crutch that we used, and this s simply untrue. At one point, people used words and telepathy in much the same way as music and lyrics relate to one another.
In this analogy, the lyrics to the song are spoken language, and telepathy is the music. Each acts to enhance the other - words help give clarity to telepathic feelings and sensations. This is why they were initially developed. However, when we forget about telepathy, language takes over, and telepathic communication is neglected.
If you are intrigued by the idea of learning telepathy and you are curious about how you can make it a part of your life, you'll find that are lots of ways to get started. No matter what you have heard, it is not nearly as difficult as it sounds and like most things, all it takes is practice!
Find yourself a partner, ideally someone that you are close to, and hopefully someone who is as curious as you are about telepathy and exploring their own powers in that realm. You'll find that that both the personal connection and the desire to learn are important and that when you are starting out, more encouragement is good!
Second, you and your partner should be in different places, at least to where you can't see each other. Start by relaxing and making sure that you feel at ease with yourself and the situation. Remember that stress and tension can negatively affect the way you see things. Clear your mind of worry or of anything besides doing well. Have a method of talking with the other person nearby, whether that is on the phone or over Internet chat.
Take turns with this next step and agree on who is going first in advance. Think about the other person, as clearly as you can. What makes the unique and how well do you know them? Think about a strong thread of energy that connects you, or of a golden glow that covers and surrounds you both. You are linked through this energy.
Using that glowing threat, send an image along it. Think about it like a telephone call or a transmission to a TV set. When you are just getting started, make sure that your thoughts are simple and that you are going off of something you can picture clearly, like a photograph or even an image.
Once you feel that your telepathic transmission has been completed, contact your partner via cell phone and ask what they saw from your mind, if anything. Compare notes, then switch who's sending and who's receiving.
At first, make sure that you limit your sessions to fifteen minutes. Stop when you feel tired, because you don't want to get exhausted and discouraged right away. This can allow negative feelings in that you want to avoid.
When you are interested in learning telepathy, stay positive about it, and keep going to until you see results. It is a lot more possible than you think!
