What you need to know To Develop Telepathy?
When you directly transfer your emotions, feelings, or thoughts to another person using only your mind, this is called telepathy.
All individuals, to some degree, are capable of telepathic powers and the loss of control of this same power is on a conscious level. Even now we all experience a moment of telepathic powers subconsciously, occasionally. Think what it would be like to control such an ability and to communicate with it.
Many people are skeptical about telepathy; and it is true that not everyone can use this ability, at least not consciously. However, you have used it before – think about those times where you have been on top of the world. Then you run into a friend who is having a hard time; you speak to them for only a minute, but you find yourself feeling the same emotions which they were feeling afterwards.
Was it what they said? Not exactly – at least, it wasn’t their words that made you feel this way. This was in fact due to telepathy; your mind picked up on the emotions which they were transmitting.
Scientist have studied and found that accessing the part of the mind controlling the subconscious and by learning to focus your feelings and thoughts toward a certain person, there is the possibility you can renew dormant telepathic powers.
You have to learn to speak before you can engage in verbal communication; you do this by imitating your parents and the other people around you.
However, unlike your native language, your parents most likely did not teach you how to use your telepathic abilities. Fortunately, this does not mean that you don‘t have the ability to communicate telepathically. It just means that you haven’t learned how to use it yet.
The following techniques can help you to develop telepathy.
Train your mind!
Just like children need to build their voice strength and learn how their mouth has to move to create their words, a person has to be taught how to make their telepathic muscles stronger, and how to control them.
The best way to activate your subconscious mind and activate your telepathy is to do so in a trance state. Using relaxation techniques, you can reach the necessary state to do this.
Relax your mind and when you relax thoroughly you‘ll soon reach that trance like state and when you achieve this state, you will have begun to train your mind. You’ll be able to control your mind at will.
Focus
It is quite hard to master that ability of maintaining the focus your mind needs while you are in the trance. While you are doing your next session for relaxing, you need to concentrate on a person that you want to get in touch with you.
Keep visualizing this person as you enter your trance. Project positive thoughts toward them and visualize these signals moving from you to them. Visualize this person receiving your thoughts; do this for a few minutes to make sure that they receive them.
Then stop your concentration all together. This is vital so that the person can feel the lack of communication from you, which will hopefully urge them into trying to reconnect with you and contact you back.
The reason to learn to focusing on your own is so when your training begins with someone, your mind is ready and receptive to receive images and impressions easily.
Partner Practice
One person should be chosen as the receiver and the other the sender. A simple item to project should be picked by the sender. An item that is of bright clear colors and easy to recognize.
Whoever is receiving should have a pencil and some paper handy to make notes on, about what thoughts they have, or pictures they get in their mind.
Compare notes at the end of the practice session each time you practice. See the amount of impressions and images that are right. More you practice, the more correct and accurate you reception will be.
