Unlocking The Power Of Your Mind
Telepathy is a method of communication in which two people exchange thoughts, feelings and emotions directly between their minds. This is a mental capacity which anyone can use with enough practice.
All individuals, to some degree, are capable of telepathic powers and the loss of control of this same power is on a conscious level. Even now we all experience a moment of telepathic powers subconsciously, occasionally. Think what it would be like to control such an ability and to communicate with it.
There has always been many who doubted the existence of mental powers on any level, but consider the following: you wake up in the morning feeling great, and are going about your business during the day, and run into someone you know who is having a difficult day. The more you listen to their tale of woe about their day the worse you mood gets.
It is not necessarily what that person is talking about. They are actually transferring their negative feelings or emotions right to your subconscious mind. This is a type of telepathy.
There has been research which has shown that the part of the subconscious which governs telepathic abilities can be awakened and even used at will! The first step is to focus on the person you want to communicate with telepathically.
As children we are taught, as with all forms of communication, by parents and teachers. We are taught speech and body language by our elders and we imitate what we are taught even accents are the same. We all have the identical ability to learn communication. We only do so in the manner we are taught.
What if we were never trained by our parents in using this special ability – you know the one in which we transfer thoughts with our minds? Will this keep us from being able to do it? No. It just really means we have to learn how.
Here are some methods for waking up your dormant telepathic ability.
‘Mental-Muscle’ training
You didn’t always know how to speak – you had to train your mouth and your vocal chords to form words. Similarly, you need to build the mental 'muscles' necessary for telepathy.
The area of your mind that controls the abilities for telepathy are strongest in the subconscious stage, or in a hypnotic type trance stage. This stage is one all people have the ability to reach without a lot of effort.
Relax your mind and when you relax thoroughly you‘ll soon reach that trance like state and when you achieve this state, you will have begun to train your mind. You’ll be able to control your mind at will.
Focus
Maintaining your focus while in a trance state does not come naturally, so you will need to spend some time practicing this. What you need to do is to focus on the person who you want to establish a telepathic connection to, even as you approach a state of deep relaxation.
Think of this person, in your mind and send (mentally) happy thoughts. Picture this person receiving your mental message of happy feelings and thoughts. Keep your focus on this individual till you think the person feels the connection.
It’s important to completely terminate your focus. You need to do this so the individual will feel the disconnection between you and promptly re-establish the connection with you in return.
There is a point to learning focusing while on your own. So that when you start training with another person, your mind will be ready and receptive to receive thoughts, images and impressions more easily.
Partner Practice
Chose and individual as the receiver and another as the sender. The sender can choose easy items as a project. Items with bright clear colors that can be easily recognized.
The receiver should write down all telepathic messages that they receive during the exercise.
After the exercise, the sender and receiver should compare notes and evaluate their success. It will take practice to get this ability sharp, so don’t get discouraged. With time, you’ll find your telepathic abilities becoming stronger.
