Transfering Your Thoughts And Feelings
Telepathy refers to exchanging feelings, thoughts and emotions directly from the mid of one person to the mind of another. This is a mental ability where communication is made using only the power of the human mind.
To some degree, everyone has the ability to be telepathic, however, the ability to control this (power) has, on a conscious level, been lost. There are moments we all experience this telepathic ability on a subconscious level occasionally. Think what it would be like to control this ability and use it as a way to communicate.
There are those that are skeptics when it comes to the subject of any kind of powers the mind can have, but think about this: how often have you felt on top of the world, and then you run into someone who is having a bad day. Just by talking to them for a bit, you begin to feel as depressed as they are.
The transference of feelings and emotions seeping into your own subconscious, not the words you are hearing. You are experiencing a form of telepathy.
There has been research which has shown that the part of the subconscious which governs telepathic abilities can be awakened and even used at will! The first step is to focus on the person you want to communicate with telepathically.
You have to learn to speak before you can engage in verbal communication; you do this by imitating your parents and the other people around you.
The only thing this means is that you haven’t yet learned how to tap into this ability.
The following methods are useful to help develop telepathy.
Look at some ways to awaken your latent telepathic abilities.
Just like you weren’t born knowing how to use your mouth and your vocal chords to speak, you have to train the appropriate part of your mind to use your telepathy.
Your subconscious mind has the strongest points for telepathic communication to take place, or being put into a hypnotic trance. This kind of trance can be reached quite easily by most of us.
You must learn to relax your mind. Then you will easily achieve this state of a trance and when you’ve accomplished this, you are ready to begin to start training your mind, and control at it will.
Focus
Maintaining and focusing your mind in a trance might be difficult to master. However, when you are having a deep relaxation session, think of an individual you want to contact you.
Think of the person you are focusing on, sending happy thoughts. Imagine this individual receiving these feelings and thoughts. Keep your focus strong for as long as it seems to take for the other person to feel the connection.
Then stop concentrating on this completely. This is important because you need this person to feel that the communication has been cut, this will encourage them to try to connect again, and will lead to them contacting you.
This exercise should be done regularly; it will prepare you to be able to send and receive telepathic communications, which will be helpful as you begin practicing telepathy with a partner.
Practice with a Partner!
With this practice one should be the sender and the other person needs to be the receiver. The one who is sending needs to select some easy items to project. These should be things that are well known objects and brightly colored.
Then the one receiving needs to write down all the thoughts and visions that come into their mind.
Then at the closing of each practice session, the two need to look at each other's notes, and see if the correct thoughts and visions occurred. As with anything else, the more you practice the better you will get at telepathy.
