Taking A Look At How You Can Develop Telepathy
When you directly transfer your emotions, feelings, or thoughts to another person using only your mind, this is called telepathy.
Everyone has the ability to use telepathy on some scale, but they have lost the knowledge of how to control it consciously. All people are capable of moments of telepathic type activity happening in their subconscious. Now think how it would be to be in the position to control this ability and actually utilize it for communication purposes.
Surrounding the subject of the the use of the minds power is skepticism. However think about it a little. Ever been in a good and happy mood only to have it ruined by the mood of another not so happy but gloomy, depressed and unpleasant. Within moments of this encounter your own happy mood is gone you start reflecting the gloom of the other person.
The transference of feelings and emotions seeping into your own subconscious, not the words you are hearing. You are experiencing a form of telepathy.
Scientific tests have proven that by accessing the center of your subconscious mind and also understanding how to concentrate your feelings and thoughts towards a given person, that you can arouse your long forgotten telepathic abilities.
You have to learn to speak before you can engage in verbal communication; you do this by imitating your parents and the other people around you.
And what if we weren't taught this special mental way of communicating with just the use of our minds? Will this cause us never to be able to do it then? No. You just have to figure out how to do it.
Here are some methods for waking up your dormant telepathic ability.
Train your mind!
Just like you weren’t born knowing how to use your mouth and your vocal chords to speak, you have to train the appropriate part of your mind to use your telepathy.
In the same manner that young children learn to talk by strengthening their vocal cords and mouth movements while learning to make sounds and then words. You need to learn control of your mind to develop your telepathic powers. Your mind as different areas that control different things and the part of your brain which controls telepathic abilities is the subconscious or a deep hypnotic (trance) state a level of total relaxation reached which all humans are capable of achieving easily.
Being able to achieve this state will take some practice, but it is a necessary part of training your mind for telepathy.
Focus
Learning to keep your mind's concentration as you are in the state of a trance is a bit tough to master at times. While you are doing your next relaxation period, concentrate on someone that you want to connect with you.
Picture this person and project only positive thoughts. You need to also envision this person accepting these thoughts into their mind. Remain focused as long as it takes for you to feel that the person is connected to you.
Then stop concentrating on this completely. This is important because you need this person to feel that the communication has been cut, this will encourage them to try to connect again, and will lead to them contacting you.
The purpose of being able to concentrate while you are alone is so that at the time you start practicing with a partner, you will have your mind ready to be a receptor for other's thoughts and feelings with less trouble.
Partner Practice
In this exercise, one partner sends, the other receives. The sender should begin by projecting simple messages to the receiver, such as images of bright colors.
Prepared with pad and a pen or pencil, the receiver will be ready to record all thoughts and impressions that comes to their mind.
Then when you are through practicing, both of you need to analyze the thoughts and pictures to see if they are the correct ones. Practicing will make both of you be able to either send or receive more efficiently.
