Really Believe You Can Develop Telepathy
The meaning of telepathy is a person being able to project their thoughts, feelings, or emotions into another person's mind, by only using their own mind.
All individuals, to some degree, are capable of telepathic powers and the loss of control of this same power is on a conscious level. Even now we all experience a moment of telepathic powers subconsciously, occasionally. Think what it would be like to control such an ability and to communicate with it.
The use of ones powers, of the mind, are largely looked at with skepticism from the population at large. How many times have you encountered a depressed and gloomy person when you were having a great day? And within a very short period of time had your own feelings changed and become like that persons.
This is not due to their words for the most part, it is the fact that they have transferred their negative feelings about their day into your subconscious. This is one kind of telepathy.
Studies have shown that it is possible to activate and focus your telepathy by awakening the part of your subconscious which controls the ability. You can start by focusing on the person you want to 'speak' to with your mind.
Most forms of communication are taught to us, when we are small, by our older relatives. Our parents coach us in how we speak and even certain expressions body wise, in the hopes that we will pick it all up and learn to communicate with them. We all have the unique ability to communicate with each other, yes it is a learned skill though and we can only do it in the methods that we are trained in.
The only thing this means is that you haven’t yet learned how to tap into this ability.
Here are some methods for waking up your dormant telepathic ability.
‘Mental-Muscle’ training
You didn’t always know how to speak – you had to train your mouth and your vocal chords to form words. Similarly, you need to build the mental 'muscles' necessary for telepathy.
The part of your mind which controls telepathy is most readily reached while you are in a deeply relaxed trance state. You can produce this state through the use of relaxation techniques, including meditation.
You must learn to relax your mind. Then you will easily achieve this state of a trance and when you’ve accomplished this, you are ready to begin to start training your mind, and control at it will.
Concentration
You’ll have to practice keeping focused while you are in a trance state. Place your focus on the person you’d like to telepathically communicate with.
Keep visualizing this person as you enter your trance. Project positive thoughts toward them and visualize these signals moving from you to them. Visualize this person receiving your thoughts; do this for a few minutes to make sure that they receive them.
Then, stop focusing and break the telepathic link. They will feel this line of communication being severed and try to reestablish contact between your minds.
The purpose of doing this practice while you are by yourself, is that once you try it on your partner (described next), your mind will know what to do, and you will have an easier time sending and receiving thoughts or feelings.
Partner Practice
Have a buddy help you, and one of you be the one that sends the thoughts or feelings, and then the other one of you need to be the one who receives them. You need to project things that are familiar and easy to send. They could be things that are brightly colored or something simple to recognize.
The receiver will write down all telepathic communications that they receive.
Afterwards, compare notes and take a look at how well you did in the exercise. It will take some time to sharpen your telepathic abilities, so don’t get discouraged. Practice is the only way to develop telepathy, but you will become better at it with time.
