Develop Telepathy - Transmit Your Thoughts And Feelings
When you directly transfer your emotions, feelings, or thoughts to another person using only your mind, this is called telepathy.
We all have some kind of telepathic ability on some level, but some of us have forgotten how to control it through our conscious minds. All of us experience times of this activity through our subconscious. Just think about how it would be to have control of this special ability and actually utilize it to communicate.
The use of ones powers, of the mind, are largely looked at with skepticism from the population at large. How many times have you encountered a depressed and gloomy person when you were having a great day? And within a very short period of time had your own feelings changed and become like that persons.
It is the change of emotions that is transferred onto you, not the words they said to you. Their feelings seeping into your subconscious. This is a type of mental telepathy.
Studies done scientifically have reported that by reaching into your subconscious mind and also learning how to project your feelings and thoughts toward a certain individual, you are able to actually reactivate any telepathic abilities you have, that have been dormant.
Most forms of communication are taught to us, when we are small, by our older relatives. Our parents coach us in how we speak and even certain expressions body wise, in the hopes that we will pick it all up and learn to communicate with them. We all have the unique ability to communicate with each other, yes it is a learned skill though and we can only do it in the methods that we are trained in.
If we have never been taught by our parents to use the 'other'ability, does that mean we will never be able to use our minds communicate? Will we be unable to do it?

Look at some ways to awaken your latent telepathic abilities.
Just as children need to learn how to have a strong voice, and have to learn certain movements the mouth makes to form words, you will have to make your telepathic muscles stronger, and learn how to control them.
The part of your mind which controls telepathy is most readily reached while you are in a deeply relaxed trance state. You can produce this state through the use of relaxation techniques, including meditation.
You need to learn how to make your mind relax so that you are able to get into a trance fairly simply. When you can succeed at this you are on your way to training your mind to be controlled by you.
Focus
Maintaining the focusing of your mind, in a state of trance, may be difficult to learn to master. However, during your next trance state focus, concentrate on an individual, who you want to contact you.
Think of the person you are focusing on, sending happy thoughts. Imagine this individual receiving these feelings and thoughts. Keep your focus strong for as long as it seems to take for the other person to feel the connection.
It’s important to stop the contact between you by withdrawing your focus totally. This person will notice the break in communication between you and promptly re-establish the connection between you.
The purpose of being able to concentrate while you are alone is so that at the time you start practicing with a partner, you will have your mind ready to be a receptor for other's thoughts and feelings with less trouble.
Partner Practice
In this exercise, one partner sends, the other receives. The sender should begin by projecting simple messages to the receiver, such as images of bright colors.
Then the one receiving needs to write down all the thoughts and visions that come into their mind.
The end of each session you will compare notes and see what impressions and images are matched. The more you practice the more accurately, the images you are receiving will become.
