Binaural Beats And Developing Telepathy
Telepathy refers to exchanging feelings, thoughts and emotions directly from the mid of one person to the mind of another. This is a mental ability where communication is made using only the power of the human mind.
Everyone has the ability to use telepathy on some scale, but they have lost the knowledge of how to control it consciously. All people are capable of moments of telepathic type activity happening in their subconscious. Now think how it would be to be in the position to control this ability and actually utilize it for communication purposes.
Surrounding the subject of the the use of the minds power is skepticism. However think about it a little. Ever been in a good and happy mood only to have it ruined by the mood of another not so happy but gloomy, depressed and unpleasant. Within moments of this encounter your own happy mood is gone you start reflecting the gloom of the other person.
Was it their words which got you down so quickly? It wasn’t; it’s actually your natural telepathy which picked up on their emotions.
There has been research which has shown that the part of the subconscious which governs telepathic abilities can be awakened and even used at will! The first step is to focus on the person you want to communicate with telepathically.
As children we are taught, as with all forms of communication, by parents and teachers. We are taught speech and body language by our elders and we imitate what we are taught even accents are the same. We all have the identical ability to learn communication. We only do so in the manner we are taught.
If we were never taught to use this other ability by our parents, communication with our mind, does this mean we would not be able to do it? No it wouldn’t, it just means we were not taught how.
We need to examine a few methods that you may be able to utilize to reactivate your own telepathic tendencies.
Build your Mental Muscles
Young children learn to develop their vocal abilities and to control the mouth movements and learn to form words, in much the same way, you need to control and strengthen your telepathic abilities.
The area of your mind that controls the abilities for telepathy are strongest in the subconscious stage, or in a hypnotic type trance stage. This stage is one all people have the ability to reach without a lot of effort.
You must learn to relax your mind. Then you will easily achieve this state of a trance and when you’ve accomplished this, you are ready to begin to start training your mind, and control at it will.
Concentration
You’ll have to practice keeping focused while you are in a trance state. Place your focus on the person you’d like to telepathically communicate with.
Think of this person while trying to transfer pleasant thoughts. Picture this person taking in all your pleasant thoughts and emotions. Keep this concentration going until you are sure that the person knows you are trying to connect with them.
It’s important to completely terminate your focus. You need to do this so the individual will feel the disconnection between you and promptly re-establish the connection with you in return.
There is a point to learning focusing while on your own. So that when you start training with another person, your mind will be ready and receptive to receive thoughts, images and impressions more easily.
Partner Practice
With this practice one should be the sender and the other person needs to be the receiver. The one who is sending needs to select some easy items to project. These should be things that are well known objects and brightly colored.
The receiver should write down all telepathic messages that they receive during the exercise.
The end of each session you will compare notes and see what impressions and images are matched. The more you practice the more accurately, the images you are receiving will become.
